It All Starts With DESIRE & PAIN
Don’t get confused with the headline. Its caution and the reality that everyone who succeeds can understand.
I just got the meaning of the title when I interviewed Mr. Jeevan Bavandla, who was once just a small & middle-class boy; but now he had created a special place in this society.
Jeevan Bavandla is a well-known Practical Digital Marketer and a Public speaker. He had established a complicated yet simple digital ecosystem where he provides job opportunities to around 124 digital marketers (including graphic designers, video editors, social media managers, etc) all around India. That digital ecosystem had been created to hire the practical thinking digital marketers who can solve & bring a change in the advertising industry. Jeevan had various clients in which some of them cooperate level companies like Nykaa, KIA, etc. His company distributes the work to all the freelancers around India by providing them an opportunity to earn and learn.
He had declared that all these activities are carried under one organization, and that’s called XYZ (I don’t want to reveal the name at present).
He is not only a well-known digital marketer but also an Angel Investors (who invests in startups at the first level ). As of now, he had provided support to around 4 startups, of which three of them are started making profits and creating value to the people. When we asked what’s the motto behind investing in startups, his answer made us realize something interesting. Let us share with you that further. He said “ Startups play a significant role in the country’s economic growth, and this is where we all should be focusing on. Startups don’t mean all about earning money and fame, but distributing value to the people is more vital than anything. I think a good value is always rewarded with good valuation. Apart from it, new startups can create more job opportunities for the upcoming people; they may be graduates or undergraduates. Investing in startups makes me feel excited and at the same time, makes me learn something new that I’ve never learned about”.
And he had recently made a different approach with his digital marketing & IT company; i.e., started physical creative marketing services. Don’t get confused with that said, Jeevan had given such a long name to the service he just started. Their company hired around 10 groups from different event management companies and made them part of XYZ. Now, Jeevan’s organization not only provides Digital marketing & IT services, but they do offer creative services like event management, concert groundwork, and workshops. We could say that this organization is a one-stop destination for a company to start its digital presence in this fast-moving digital world.
Apart from all these professional spaces, he started an NGO where he providing free education for around 36 children under the name of his Mother. He shared an experience with us about how he was forced to left his studies due to financial issues and how it made him feel bad about it. With that life experience, he decided to provide at least free education to around 100 children until his last breath. Along with academic studies, Jeevan had started a new initiative to make the children develop life-ready skills to make them different from others. He had taken an extra step to teach the skills like communication skills, public speaking, marketing skills, creativity, etc.
His organization people first take an approach to individual students and find their interests in one particular area. Then the whole team focus on making Individual child works towards their passion and achieve it to a great level.
Jeevan had reached this level because of his hard work and the people who supported him through all his journey. And it all started with the desire to create value in other people’s lives. He concluded the interview with a kind note that “If you have more money than you need, use that money to create value in others life instead of experiencing luxury.”
The last words spoke by Jeevan Bavandla in this interview are “Be as authentic as YOU that no one can replace YOU. Uniqueness is the key. Work Hard, Develop Smart Work through hard work and use both to create value to others”
